PDSA Improvement Loop
Workflow
- Plan: define the problem, prediction, test, metric, scope, and timebox.
- Do: run the smallest useful experiment.
- Study: compare results with prediction and inspect unexpected effects.
- Act: adopt, adapt, abandon, or run another cycle.
- Record learning and next cycle.
