Workflow
- Observe: gather signals, anomalies, constraints, and recent changes.
- Orient: interpret the situation, assumptions, mental models, incentives, and context.
- Decide: choose the next action and what evidence would change it.
- Act: execute a small action.
- Loop: observe the effect and update orientation.
