Gtd workflow
Agent skills for popular work processes: GTD, OKR, PDSA, DMAIC, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, OODA, and research paper writing.
npx -y skills add walterkken/popular-process-skills --skill gtd-workflowAssembled from the repository path, not quoted from the project. Check it against their README if it does not work.
2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does
Copied from the file, not written here
Run a Getting Things Done style workflow for personal or team commitments: capture, clarify, organize, reflect, and engage. Use when Codex is asked to process task piles, inboxes, open loops, project lists, next actions, weekly reviews, or overloaded work.

GTD Workflow
Workflow
- Capture every open loop without judging it.
- Clarify each item: trash, reference, someday, delegated, calendar, project, or next action.
- Organize into trusted lists by context, project, waiting-for, calendar, and review cadence.
- Reflect: review lists, outcomes, stale items, and commitments.
- Engage: choose next action by context, time, energy, and priority.
马斯克 Supervision
Before organizing everything, delete unnecessary commitments. Do not optimize a task list full of work that should not exist.
Output
- inbox decisions
- project list
- next-action list
- waiting-for list
- calendar actions
- someday/maybe list
- weekly review checklist
