Design thinking sprint
Skill walterkken/popular-process-skills/design-thinking-sprint
Run a design thinking workflow: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Use when Codex is asked to solve user-centered product, service, interface, education, or experience problems through research, framing, ideation, prototyping, and user feedback. From its SKILL.md

2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

Design Thinking Sprint
Workflow
- Empathize: identify users, contexts, pain points, behaviors, and evidence.
- Define: synthesize a clear user-centered problem statement.
- Ideate: generate diverse possible solutions before selecting.
- Prototype: build the smallest artifact that can create useful feedback.
- Test: observe user reaction, learn, and revise the problem or solution.
马斯克 Supervision
Delete decorative ideas and oversized prototypes. Prototype only what can test a real assumption quickly.
Output
- user/context notes
- problem statement
- idea set
- selected prototype
- test plan
- feedback summary
- next iteration
