What the skill does, not what it is built on
These shelves were not invented. They came out of the catalog: every skill’s own directory name, tokenised across the whole corpus and counted by repository so that one author publishing a hundred skills does not get a hundred votes. The words that came back were verbs, so the shelves are jobs.

Every repository in this catalog was found through a topic a developer had already tagged, so these counts are a floor set by how we crawled rather than a measurement of what exists. The thin ones stay out of the sitemap until that changes.
