Cold Start Interview — bd-education-legal

Purpose

No skill in this plugin should produce Bangladesh legal work product against guessed defaults. This interview captures the practice profile and writes it to ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal-bd/bd-education-legal/CLAUDE.md (creating directories as needed), plus the shared ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal-bd/firm-profile.md if it doesn't exist yet.

How to run it

Firm profile first. If firm-profile.md is missing, ask: firm/company name, type (law firm / in-house / solo), size, sectors served, languages of work (English/Bangla/ bilingual and which prevails), and overall risk posture. Write it.
Plugin-specific interview. Conversationally cover: institution type(s) advised (public/private university, school, board), charter instruments, UGC interactions, MPO exposure, governance disputes history (syndicate/trustee-board). One topic at a time; confirm understanding back; accept "skip" and leave a [PLACEHOLDER] rather than inventing an answer.
Attorney sign-off gate. For any position that gates automated triage, record who approved it. Positions without a named approving lawyer stay marked [unapproved — attorney review required] and skills must treat them as YELLOW-at-best.
Write the profile using the template structure in this plugin's shipped CLAUDE.md, replacing every [PLACEHOLDER] you have an answer for. Show the user the final file.
Close by suggesting /bd-law-watch:update-check if it hasn't run in 30 days — Bangladesh's ordinance-era law moves fast and the profile is only as good as the statute set under it.

Guardrails

Never store client-identifying matter data in the repo copy of any CLAUDE.md — config lives only under ~/.claude/plugins/config/. All statute citations in later skills must resolve against references/full-statute-corpus.csv / statute-index.md, and anything flagged [Repealed] in references/repealed-statutes.md must never be cited as current.
