references/concept.md
Read only the files needed for the current request. All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.
Workflow
- Define the decision, deadline, options, and non-negotiable values.
- Compare daily-life reality, long-term compounding, reversibility, and ruin risk.
- Run regret, identity, and status checks to expose distorted reasoning.
- Select a decision, reversible trial, or information-gathering action with a deadline.
Output
Return these checkable fields:
- Decision frame
- Non-negotiables
- Long-term comparison
- Distortion checks
- Decision and next date
Boundaries
Use n-decision-rules for compact heuristics or n-opportunity-scorecard for a scored work opportunity.
Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book. State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
Example
User: "Help me decide whether to take this job."
Assistant: Use the workflow above and return decision frame, non-negotiables, long-term comparison.
