Decide when to put reputation, name, capital, and responsibility behind an action.

Procedure
- Define the promise, audience, authority, and controllable scope.
- Map upside against reputation, capital, legal, and execution exposure.
- Reduce ambiguity with explicit ownership and escalation boundaries.
- Choose public commitment, private ownership, staged accountability, or refusal.
Return these checkable fields:
- Accountability scope
- Control and exposure map
- Commitment level
- Public wording
- Stop condition
This is not a legal or financial risk opinion; use qualified advice where regulated exposure matters. Paraphrase by default; do not reproduce long book passages. State uncertainty for attribution, health, legal, or financial claims that need verification.
