One thing to look at

  • 1 stars1 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

Build an Ideal Customer Profile and buyer persona - who they are, their pains, goals, objections, and where they pay attention. Use before campaigns, copy, or targeting decisions.

icp-persona

You can't write persuasively for "everyone." Define the one person you're talking to.

ICP (account-level, esp. B2B)

  • Firmographics: industry, size, geography, tech/stage; triggers that make them a fit; disqualifiers.

Persona (person-level)

  1. Role & context: title, what they own, how they're measured.
  2. Pains & goals: the problem in their words; the outcome they want.
  3. Objections & fears: why they hesitate; what could go wrong for them.
  4. Buying journey: how they discover, evaluate, and decide; who else is involved.
  5. Attention: channels, content, communities, and language they actually use.

Output

  • A one-page ICP + persona: fit criteria, pains/goals, objections, journey, channels, and "voice of customer" phrases to reuse in copy.

Guardrails

  • Ground it in real research/data where possible; mark assumptions [verify] (truth-telling).
  • Use the customer's language, not internal jargon. One persona per asset.
