Workflow

  1. Gather the minimum context needed to make the sequence specific.
  2. Separate reusable elements from reference copy from elements that must change for this audience.
  3. Draft concise steps with clear CTAs and plainspoken language.
  4. Add operator notes for personalization, claims, and routing.
  5. Keep sensitive signals useful without sounding invasive.
