Find Customer Social Proof

Use When

A marketer or seller needs credible customer proof and does not know which assets are approved, current, or relevant.

Modes

  • Marketing mode: Find proof for a campaign, landing page, blog post, email, event, or launch.
  • Sales mode: Find proof for a prospect conversation, account plan, follow-up email, deck, or competitive talk track.

Workflow

  1. Confirm the request: audience, segment, industry, use case, channel, and urgency.
  2. Search approved customer-proof sources first.
  3. If allowed, use CRM or account context to find peer companies, segment fit, and relevant use cases.
  4. Rank matches by relevance, approval status, freshness, and specificity.
  5. Return only proof that is approved or clearly label proof that needs approval.
  6. Include restriction notes and recommended next steps.

Zapier MCP And SDK Role

  • Use Zapier MCP to search approved customer-proof sources, CRM context, asset folders, and deck libraries.
  • Use Zapier SDK for proof-request intake, approval routing, usage logging, and asset-status updates.
  • Keep names, logos, quotes, and metrics approval-gated before external use.

Output Format

  • Best matches
  • Why each match fits
  • Approved usage
  • Restrictions or approval gaps
  • Source references
  • Suggested next action

Guardrails

  • Never fabricate customer proof.
  • Never imply a customer approved a claim unless the source confirms it.
  • Do not expose non-public sales notes in external copy.
  • Respect restriction notes, expiration, and channel limits.
  • Require human approval before publishing or sending externally.
