执行流程
Step 1：了解场景
确认：收件人（上级/客户/同事/下级）、目的（催办/感谢/请假/汇报/邀请/拒绝）、语气偏好、中英文
Step 2：撰写邮件
原则：
- 主题行清晰（让收件人一眼知道邮件要干什么）
- 开头直奔主题（不用"天气渐凉"等废话）
- 正文结构：背景→请求→截止时间
- 落款得体
Step 3：提供变体
给出3种语气版本，让用户选择最适合的
Step 4：输出
质量红线
- 主题行必须有意义 — 不写"关于XX的通知"，写"请于周五前提交Q3数据报告"
- 不用废话开头 — 禁止"天气渐凉""好久不见"等寒暄（除非用户要求）
- 催办邮件要有截止时间 — 否则催了等于没催
- 拒绝邮件要留余地 — 不生硬说不，给出替代方案
- 3种语气都要能直接用 — 不只是微调几个词
