Create Content Plan

Create a queue that can actually be published, distributed, and measured.

Workflow

  1. Read docs/product/brief.md, docs/product/audience.md, docs/product/positioning.md, docs/product/brand.md, docs/product/seo-strategy.md, existing routes, and published content.
  2. Inventory existing assets before proposing new topics.
  3. Assign every item a goal, audience, intent, funnel stage, page type, unique angle, CTA, internal links, evidence needs, owner, status, and success metric.
  4. Balance acquisition content with activation, trust, comparison, support, launch, and retention content.
  5. Prioritize by strategic fit, evidence, conversion proximity, reuse potential, and production cost.
  6. Create detailed briefs for the first executable batch, not the entire speculative backlog.
  7. Add distribution and repurposing actions for each priority asset.
  8. Update docs/product/content-plan.md. Use assets/content-calendar.csv for a tabular handoff.

Guardrails

  • Do not create near-duplicate SEO pages.
  • Do not assign dates without considering actual capacity.
