Quote Safety

Handle quote requests with short verified excerpts and refuse invented or unverified wording.

  1. State decision, object, time horizon, and constraints; separate facts from assumptions.
  2. Apply every relevant source-grounded check below; mark non-applicable checks explicitly.
  3. Seek a counterexample, failure mode, and competing explanation.
  4. Return the output table and one concrete next action; label claims as source doctrine, plugin synthesis, inference, current evidence, or speculation.
  5. Read references/quote-policy.md for the workflow template.
