content-calendar
A calendar you can actually keep, with a healthy format mix and repeatable series.
Process
- Cadence: a realistic posting rhythm (e.g. 3-5 Reels/week + carousels + Stories daily) for IG, plus FB cross-posts where they fit. Sustainable beats heroic-then-burnout.
- Format mix: Reels for reach, carousels for saves/teaching, single posts for statements, Stories for connection. Don't post only one type.
- Series & themes: recurring formats per weekday (e.g. tip Tuesdays) reduce decision fatigue and compound.
- Pillars: balance educate / entertain / inspire / promote (keep promo a minority).
- Map ideas (from
content-ideation) onto dates with the hook + format + CTA per slot.
Output
- A calendar table: date -> format -> topic/hook -> CTA -> status, with the weekly series noted.
Guardrails
- Realistic volume for a solo creator; quality over quantity (platforms penalize mass-produced sameness).
- Space out launches/promos; keep value-first balance.
