Cross-Platform Adaptation

When adapting one piece of content across platforms:

  1. Start with the core message (one sentence)
  2. For each platform, ask: "How would a native of this platform say this?"
  3. Adjust: length, tone, format, CTA
  4. Never just copy-paste across platforms

Content Calendar

Weekly rhythm:

  • Mon — Industry insight or hot take
  • Tue — Educational / how-to
  • Wed — Behind the scenes / process
  • Thu — Tool or resource recommendation
  • Fri — Community engagement (question, poll)

Hashtag Strategy

  • Max 3-5 per post (except Instagram: 15-20)
  • Mix: 1 branded + 2 niche + 1-2 trending
  • Research hashtag size: too large = buried, too small = no reach
  • Sweet spot: 10K-500K posts per hashtag
