Viral Loop
User → Invites others → New users → They invite → Loop.
- Referral programs: give + get (both sides benefit).
- Built-in sharing: collaborative features require inviting others.
- User-generated content visible to non-users.
Content Loop
Create content → SEO indexes → Search traffic → New users → Create content.
- User profiles as landing pages.
- Public project pages.
- Blog content with organic keywords.
Conversion Optimization
- Reduce friction: Fewer form fields, social login, guest checkout.
- Build trust: Social proof, testimonials, security badges.
- Create urgency: Limited availability, trial countdown (if genuine).
- Clear value prop: Benefits visible before signup.
Experimentation
- A/B test one variable at a time.
- Statistical significance before declaring a winner.
- Monitor downstream metrics (don't optimize signup at the cost of activation).
- Document all experiments and results.
