Blog Content Design
Article Structure
- Headline: Specific, benefit-oriented, 60 characters.
- Meta description: 155 characters summarizing the value.
- Introduction: 2-3 sentences. Hook + promise of value.
- Body: Organized with H2/H3 headings for scanning.
- Conclusion: Summary + next step or CTA.
Formatting for Readability
- Paragraphs: 3-4 sentences maximum.
- Subheadings every 200-300 words.
- Bold key phrases for scanners.
- Bullet lists for 3+ related items.
- Pull quotes for emphasis.
- Images/diagrams to break up text walls.
Reading Experience Design
- Content width: 680-740px (45-75 characters per line).
- Font size: 18-20px for body text.
- Line height: 1.5-1.7.
- Progress indicator (reading bar at top).
- Estimated reading time.
- Sticky table of contents for long articles.
