Use when the user asks for 人物大纲、嘉宾采访大纲、人物访谈提纲、播客人物采访提纲,or when the generic outline workflow has already clarified that the outline type is 人物大纲. The skill turns guest materials into a natural, chat-like podcast outline through staged confirmation: topic direction, Part structure, reference questions, internet-derived audience questions, then a 20-25 question outline.

Podcast Person Outline

Core Standard

Write the outline as a simulated natural conversation led by a host who has done homework, not as a structured interview sheet.

The host should sound curious. Do not expose that the host already knows the guest's exact story. Avoid questions that show the answer is preloaded.

Default to open, independent, specific questions. Let the guest provide years, places, company names, and turning points.

Before drafting any full outline, read references/rules.md for the detailed forbidden list, question-writing rules, and internal final checklist.

Workflow

Step 1: Read Materials And Propose Directions

If the user has not provided guest materials, ask for the guest materials first. Useful materials include biographies, articles, interview transcripts, social profiles, notes, links, product pages, public posts, and the intended podcast/episode context.

After reading the materials, output 3-5 positive topic directions. Do not design around suffering, low points, negative incidents, or gossip.

If the materials contain substantial information about a book, new release, film, course, product, or other major work, include at least one direction centered on that work. The direction should use the work as the entry point into a broader audience question, not only as biographical evidence. For example, when a new book's material is prominent, propose a direction about the book's core philosophy, central question, or practical value for listeners, supported by the book storyline, the guest's real experience behind it, and memorable lines from the work.

When that work is central to the episode direction, consider using it as the opening icebreaker. The first question can start from how the work began, what question the work tried to answer, or what image/story in the work carries the guest's current thinking.

Step 2: Design Part Structure

After the user chooses a direction, design 3-4 Parts with logical progression. Part order should follow this principle:

Part titles must be positive and should not use words such as "至暗时刻", "低谷期", or "如何熬过".

Use this format and stop for user confirmation:

Step 3: Extract Strong Existing Questions

If the provided materials include interview transcripts or prior Q&A, extract 2-3 strong questions before drafting. Choose questions that are conversational, concrete, open, non-leading, and likely to draw out a story.

If there are no interview records, skip this step silently.

Step 4: Search The Internet For Audience Questions

Before generating the outline, search the internet for real audience concerns related to the guest's field and the chosen direction.

Also search the guest's social media/public discussion footprint to identify what people are actually curious about: frequent comments, recurring audience labels, common doubts, fan questions, controversy-free public reactions, and platform-specific attention points. If those audience curiosities align with the confirmed episode direction, prioritize some of them in the outline.

Search for industry pain points and practical questions, such as:

When relevant, also search larger agenda-setting issues:

  • Other fields: "[行业] 未来趋势 机会 挑战", "[技能] 变现路径 商业化"

Extract 3-5 broad questions that many listeners may care about and that can invite the guest to share methods, judgment, or reusable experience.

Step 5: Draft The Outline

Generate a first draft based on the confirmed Part structure, strong extracted questions, and internet-derived broad questions.

Requirements:

  • Use 3-4 Parts.
  • Each Part should contain 5-7 questions.
  • Total question count should normally be 20-22 after merging; 20-25 is acceptable only when the guest/material genuinely needs more breadth.
  • Put the transition line under each Part title and before the questions.
  • Do not put time estimates next to Part titles.
  • Use question numbers as 1., 2., 3..
  • If material-backed answer/context hints are useful, place them as a plain blockquote under the question without a label. Only include information found in the provided materials or confirmed research; if there is no material support, leave it blank.
  • Question-level setup may be added before a question when it is factual and helps the listener enter the topic. Do not add inferred conclusions or the intended answer as setup.
  • Do not add subheadings such as "1-1", "AI实战", "方法论总结", or "纲领性问题".

Step 6: Deep Question Audit

Before showing the draft, run a question-by-question audit:

  • What does this question really want to ask?
  • What does the listener behind this question really want to say?
  • Can the question stand alone without a host explaining the intended answer?
  • Does the question contain the answer, a judgment, or a preset frame in the second half?
  • If the question uses loaded terms such as "目标", "效率", "价值感", "主体性", "疗愈", or "具体生活", is the setup clearly grounded in guest materials, the work being discussed, or a real audience pain point? If not, make it more open.
  • Is the question something a real listener would care about, or only a bridge the host needs for structure?
  • Does the question invite story, judgment, complexity, or action rather than a yes/no answer?

Step 7: Merge And Reorder

Before showing the final outline, optimize it internally:

  • Merge adjacent questions that ask about the same experience.
  • Turn minor detail questions into sub-questions inside one larger question.
  • Reduce timeline bookkeeping.
  • Put concrete stories before method questions.
  • Move from personal experience to broader insight.
  • Keep broad questions naturally distributed across Parts rather than clustered.
  • Make the final 2-3 questions return to the chosen theme.
  • Add small factual context before individual questions when the question would otherwise feel abrupt, but remove any context that pre-interprets the guest's answer.

Step 8: Internal Final Check

Run the checklist in references/rules.md internally. Do not output the checklist process.

If any forbidden phrasing or structural issue appears, rewrite before responding.

Final Outline Format

## Part 1: xxxxx

xxxxx

> xxx, xxx, xxx

> xxx, xxx, xxx

Style Notes For Zhou

  • Use direct, specific Chinese.
  • Avoid generic AI copywriting rhythms and paired contrast patterns such as "不是...
  • Keep the outline useful for a real host reading before recording.
  • Do not make the host sound like they are proving they researched the guest.
