Short Video Topic Planning
核心原则
选题是用户任务、注意入口、证据资源和经营承接的交点，不是热点清单。
触发与边界
用于候选题生成、系列规划、评论问题转题、热点适配、选题排序和开篇方向。热点只能作为注意入口，不是目标受众需求或结论真实性的证明。
方法
- 从
business、audience和materials生成候选题。 - 为每题记录
attention与relevance，说明对应处境和观看理由。 - 检查
evidenceAvailability与shootability；缺口不能隐藏。 - 评估
conversionDistance、资源成本和riskScore。 - 给出
rankingReason，把分数和经营目标连接起来；准备真实可兑现的开篇方向。
禁止把趋势当需求证明、用攻击或虚假极值换点击、把无法取证的题标为可立即生产。
输出契约
只写 topics：候选题、评分维度、证据/资源状态、开篇方向、排序和 rankingReason。不直接生成逐字稿。
常见错误
只看播放潜力；不同题目用不同隐含标准；为了拍摄方便忽略用户价值；没有记录为何淘汰或推迟。
