Shape Product Idea

Read ../../working-backwards/WORKFLOW.md. Work from the initiative when one exists.

  1. Establish one primary customer, the situation they are in, the costly problem, and the meaningful change.
  2. Define in-scope behavior, non-goals, constraints, and measurable or observable success signals.
  3. Record assumptions, decisions, alternatives, and risks in decision-log.md; never convert assumptions into facts.
  4. Update the phase to drafting when the core decision is clear. Hand off to write-announcement.
