Challenge Delivery
Read ../../working-backwards/WORKFLOW.md. Review without writing implementation code.
- Identify delivery-critical assumptions, dependencies, capability gaps, operational risks, and missing acceptance evidence.
- Keep the critique at decision level; do not prematurely create engineering tickets or estimates.
- Add findings to
critique.mdusing the shared table; give every finding a severity and status ofopen. - Do not resolve findings. Hand off to
synthesize-working-backwards.
