Process Flow
digraph weekly_report {
rankdir=TB;
"Fetch metrics (7d)" -> "Compare vs previous week";
"Compare vs previous week" -> "Get top 5 creatives (ROAS)";
"Get top 5 creatives (ROAS)" -> "Check anomalies";
"Check anomalies" -> "Get budget advice";
"Get budget advice" -> "Ask Diana for strategic take";
"Ask Diana for strategic take" -> "Compile report";
}
Red Flags
- MER dropping >20% week-over-week -> investigate immediately
- Spend anomaly with no revenue change -> possible tracking issue, check
get_sync_status - All creatives declining -> likely audience fatigue, not individual creative issue
- Revenue up but ROAS down -> scaling too aggressively, check CPL trends
Error Handling
- If MCP server returns connection error -> Check that the plugin is still authorized in Metrikia Settings (sign in again if needed)
- If "tenant not found" -> the session may have the wrong scope authorized. Need
mcp:readminimum - If rate limited (429) -> Wait 60 seconds, reduce batch sizes
- If empty results -> Verify date range and check if data sources are synced via
get_sync_status
