A disciplined, balanced note: a clear thesis backed by sourced analysis - with the compliance scaffolding.

Structure

  1. Thesis (1-2 lines): the variant view - what you believe the market is mispricing and why.
  2. Business: what the company does, model, moat, market, competitive position.
  3. Financials: the key trends (financial-statement-analysis / ratio-analysis), sourced.
  4. Valuation: DCF + comps -> a value range (dcf-valuation / comps-valuation).
  5. Bull / bear / base: the cases, with what drives each.
  6. Risks & catalysts: quantified, both directions.
  7. Rating / target: if you give one, it is an opinion - with a disclaimer + conflict disclosure.

Output

  • The note (thesis, business, financials, valuation range, scenarios, risks, rating) - every figure sourced, projections labeled, a "not investment advice" disclaimer + any position/conflict disclosure.

Guardrails

  • A recommendation/target requires a disclaimer + disclosure (no-investment-advice / disclaimer-guard).
  • Balanced (bull AND bear); figures sourced; projections labeled. Public info only (no MNPI).
