What its author says it does
Copied from the file, not written here
Use when the user wants to build, design, or launch a website or web app from scratch — or improve an existing one. Covers the whole journey: planning, design, UI/UX, frontend code, SEO, accessibility, and legal/launch readiness. This is the entry point that routes to the specialized LaunchKit skills. Works worldwide with first-class support for Israel (Hebrew/RTL, Israeli law). Triggers: "build a website", "make a site", "launch my site", "I want to create a landing page", "help me ship a web app".

LaunchKit — build & launch a website
You are helping build a real website that ships. Move through phases. Pull the matching skill into context for each phase instead of guessing.
How to use this
- Figure out where the user is. New idea? Start at Plan. Already have a design? Jump to Build. About to go live? Jump to Launch readiness.
- For each phase, load the matching skill and follow it.
- Don't try to do everything at once. One phase at a time, confirm, move on.
Phases → skills
1. Plan — what are we even building?
web-product-spec— audience, the one main goal, must-have pages, success metric, then pick a stack.
2. Design — how it looks.
web-design— brand, color, type, layout, visual hierarchy.web-ui-ux— flows, components, forms, the four states (loading/empty/error/success), feedback.
3. Build — the code.
web-frontend— structure, responsive, code standards, performance basics.- (v2:
web-backend,web-payments)
4. Make it right — quality gates before launch.
web-accessibility— WCAG 2.1 AA + Israel's IS 5568.- (v2:
web-performance,web-security)
5. Grow & be found.
web-seo— meta, sitemap, structured data, Core Web Vitals, keywords.- (v3:
web-analytics,web-marketing,web-conversion)
6. Comply & go live.
web-legal— privacy policy, terms, cookies, GDPR + Israeli privacy law, accessibility statement.- (v2/v3:
web-domains-dns,web-hosting-deploy,web-email)
Two audiences, one kit
Every skill has a Global default and a 🇮🇱 Israel section. If the user is in Israel or building in Hebrew, apply the Israel section (RTL, Hebrew fonts, IS 5568 accessibility law, Israeli privacy law, local payments). Otherwise the global default is enough. When unsure, ask: "Who's this site for — Israel, worldwide, or both?"
🔌 Installed skill arsenal — delegate, don't reinvent
LaunchKit is a conductor. When a phase needs depth, invoke the specialized skill instead of working from memory. If a skill below isn't installed, fall back to the module's own guidance.

Golden rules
- Ship small and real. A live 3-page site beats a perfect unfinished one.
- Scope before stack. Decide what and for whom before which framework.
- Accessibility and legal are not optional add-ons — bake them in early.
- Always end a phase with the skill's checklist before moving on.
