2 things to look at
- 27 days oldThe repository was created 27 days ago. New is not bad, but a brand new repository carrying a familiar-sounding name is the shape a typosquat arrives in, and there has been no time for anyone else to find a problem with it.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does
Copied from the file, not written here
A specialist for organic LinkedIn content aimed at B2B founders and GTM teams. Reach for it on anything across the LinkedIn writing workflow, opening lines and hooks, post structure and storytelling, format choice, posting cadence and timing, comments and engagement, CTAs and comment-gates, profile optimization, repurposing, monthly content planning, and turning a post into its parts (team copy, engagement comments, alt text) or a design brief. Fires on phrases like write a LinkedIn post, LinkedIn hook, the algorithm, carousel, newsletter, best time to post, posting cadence, grow my LinkedIn, content plan, content pillar plan, plan my month, fix this hook, make it less AI, P.S. line, comment gate, alt text, design brief. Do NOT use for LinkedIn Ads (use the linkedin-ads skill) or cold outreach to strangers (LinkedIn cold DMs use gt-linkedin-outbound, cold email uses the cold-email skill). Warm social selling to the audience your content builds IS in scope (see social-selling-campaigns.md).

LinkedIn Content Orchestrator
This skill helps B2B GTM teams build an audience and turn organic LinkedIn content into pipeline. Everything in it is anchored to what genuinely earns reach and comments in the GTM space, not generic social-media advice. Hand each request to whichever sub-skill (or few) fit it best, using the routing below.

STEP 0: ALWAYS CLASSIFY FUNNEL STAGE FIRST
Before writing or recommending anything, decide which funnel stage it serves. The stage sets the formula, the hook, the CTA, and the metric you judge it by. Ask if it is unclear.
| Stage | Purpose | Success Metric | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| ToF, Top of Funnel | Grow audience, attract new followers, broad appeal | Total reactions + reposts (reach) | 1-2x/week max |
| MoF, Middle of Funnel | Demonstrate expertise, make reader think "they know their stuff" | Comment-to-reaction ratio (C/R) | 3-4x/week, the workhorse |
| BoF, Bottom of Funnel | Drive action: lead magnets, case study results, social proof | Comments with intent signals | 1-2x/week, requires real asset |
Read each stage by its own metric: ToF by reach, MoF by the comment-to-reaction ratio (the expertise signal), BoF by comments that carry intent. Full detail in performance-playbook.md.

Growth Today-Specific Numbers (Source Before Writing Growth Today Posts)
- Growth Today metrics, AI agents, funnel data, team stats, positioning are not bundled here. Before writing any post about Growth Today itself, get the current figures from the user (or Growth Today's live source of truth). Never invent, hardcode, or reuse a number from memory.
Cross-Cutting Resources
- Writing voice, tone, formatting, the content pillars, P.S. rules, the weekly plan, and the pre-publish checklist → Read
{SKILL_BASE}/resources/writing/writing-guide.md. Treat it as the source of truth for what to post and how to write it. Load it for ideation, "what should I post", and any voice or formatting question. - Seven ready-to-fill post structure templates with character counts → Read
{SKILL_BASE}/resources/writing/post-templates.md - The S/A/B/C/D grading rubric, to score a draft before it ships → Read

{SKILL_BASE}/resources/performance/winning-words.md - The performance playbook: benchmarks by hook, format, CTA, and weekday, plus the growth levers → Read
{SKILL_BASE}/resources/performance/performance-playbook.md - Visual design → Visuals are built in your design tool (Figma, Canva, Claude, or similar), which holds your brand system (colors, fonts) and styling. This skill chooses which format fits (see
formats); the tool does the actual design. - Example post sets (write to match these first):
- Brigi → Read

Content Pillars
| Pillar | Weight | Funnel | What Works |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Agents & Automation | 25% | ToF + MoF | Architecture reveals, "I built this agent" showcases, workflow comparisons (n8n vs Make vs Claude), automation ROI, covers marketing, sales, ops, delivery |
| AI / Tech Trends | 15% | ToF | Trend explainers with a GTM angle: "what this means for your outbound", new model breakdowns, "X is changing GTM as we know it" |
| Outbound Tactics | 20% | MoF + BoF | Cold email teardowns, subject line tests, deliverability guides, sequence structures, reply rate benchmarks, signal-triggered outreach |
| ICP & Signal-Based GTM | 15% | MoF | TAM building playbooks, persona frameworks, signal stacks, Clay workflow teardowns, waterfall enrichment |
| Tech Stack & Tool Reveals | 10% | MoF | "Every tool we use to run our agency", head-to-head comparisons, integration tutorials |
| LinkedIn Growth & Content | 10% | MoF | Posting system reveals, campaign breakdowns, content strategy frameworks, also positions Growth Today LinkedIn content services |
| Agency Building & Lessons/Frameworks | 5% | MoF + BoF | Building in public (process, results, team), plus breaking down frameworks from big GTM leaders and research reports with Growth Today commentary |
Claude Code note: Claude Code is a hot corner of AI Agents & Automation right now. Use it where it genuinely fits; "[name] automates entire outbound campaigns using Claude Code" style posts tend to land well. The pillar is broader than any one tool, though.
ABM opportunity: ABM content is uncommon but sparks outsized discussion (a high comment-to-reaction ratio). Favor it inside the ICP & Signal-Based GTM pillar.

Routing Common Requests
- "Write me a LinkedIn post" → Confirm the funnel stage, then hooks + storytelling + cta. Add formats if the format is open.
- "How do I get more reach?" → formats + scheduling + engagement
- "Optimize my LinkedIn profile" → profile
- "Review my LinkedIn post" → hooks + storytelling + cta
- A single-topic question → the one sub-skill that fits it best.
- "Create a visual for this post" → formats to pick the format, then build it in your design tool.
- "What should I write about?" → open
{SKILL_BASE}/resources/writing/writing-guide.mdfor the pillars, then lean on the AI Agents and ICP pillars for what is trending. - "Give me post ideas for this week" → open
{SKILL_BASE}/resources/writing/writing-guide.md, build a week across ToF/MoF/BoF from the weekly plan, and match each topic to whoever is posting. - "Fix this hook" / "make a team body copy" / "generate the comments" / "write the alt text" / "make this less AI" → post-production. Carry the post's core insight into the body, comments, and alt text so they stay on message.
- "Brief the visual for this post" / "give me a design brief" → design-briefer (a brand-agnostic brief plus fitted copy), then build it in your design tool.
Workflow for Full Post Creation
Step 0: Identify funnel stage (ToF / MoF / BoF)
Step 1: Identify content pillar
Step 2: [hooks] Draft 2 to 3 opener options
Step 3: [storytelling] Pick a formula and structure the body
Step 4: [cta] Add the P.S. (mandatory) and a CTA matched to the stage
Step 5: [formats] Recommend the format (dense single image, proof visual, text-only)
Step 6: [scheduling] Suggest a posting window
Step 7: [formats] If it needs a visual, pick the format, then build it in your design tool
Key Numbers to Always Reference
- The hook is the first 210 characters, before the mobile "see more" cutoff.
- A visual roughly doubles reactions over a text-only post.
- Three to four posts a week is the growth sweet spot.
- Timing follows your audience, so post when your buyers are scrolling. For a US audience that is roughly 8 AM ET (about 2 PM CET). Confirm from the account's own analytics.
- Early week (Tuesday to Wednesday) edges ahead; weekends are weakest. Timing decays, so re-check live.
- The first 60 to 90 minutes set most of a post's eventual reach.
- A substantive comment (over 15 words) is worth several times a like; a save is the strongest signal of all.
- A link in the body cuts reach sharply, so move it to the first comment.
- A comment-gate is the single biggest comment driver once you have an audience.
- A P.S. shows up in most top posts, so treat it as mandatory.
- Length is a minor lever; a few hundred words with a real insight beats a thin post.
Category Benchmarks
Patterns that strong GTM content tends to win with. Use them as a framework, not as named callouts in a post.
- Highest-performing post type: a specific tool plus a concrete outcome plus a demo, e.g. "Claude Code automates entire outbound campaigns".
- Dominant formats: cheat sheets and tech-stack breakdowns, dense multi-section save-bait single images.
- Comparison and proof: "how X is viewed by A vs by B" comparison visuals, and real-dashboard proof visuals with a bold question overlay.
- Dominant topics: AI agents, the GTM flywheel, ABM, signal-based outreach, tool comparisons.
Required Output Format
When generating a post, always output every field:
- Funnel stage: ToF / MoF / BoF
- Content pillar: which of the pillars
- Subcategory: one of two types:
- Building in Public: pick from process, tool, team, or result transparency, LinkedIn funnel transparency, or internal AI usage.
- Tactical: educational content that is not Growth Today-specific (e.g. "outbound copy vs targeting", "ABM activation", "signal-based ICP").
- Formula used: which of the 6 formulas
- Hook type: number-lead / contrarian / personal story / build showcase / and so on
- Post copy: the full text, plain only, no bold, italic, or markdown. Whitespace and ↳ arrows only. Bold unicode is fine inside a visual, never in the post copy.
- @Tags: optional, not mandatory. Up to about 4, and only accounts likely to engage (a tool in the workflow, a named person, a partner or friend who will like it). Tag where first mentioned in the body. Do not over-tag, and do not tag a big account that will not respond.
- Media recommendation: the image type (dense single image, proof visual, or text-only for a genuine personal story). Every post needs a visual, built in your design tool. Always include a visual headline:
- it carries at least one number (the biggest result figure in the post)
- shape it as [number] + [method or metric] + [outcome], e.g. "500 accounts. 7 signals. 0 guessing."
- add a subtitle with a social-proof number, e.g. "the system we run for [X]+ B2B GTM teams"
- emphasize the key number or word in your brand accent, applied in your design tool
- the headline is the second hook; if it does not stop the scroll at thumbnail size, redo it
- lead the visual with the number, number-led visuals clearly outperform text-only headlines
- CTA type: which pattern, and why
- Posting time: the recommended window (day plus hour)
- P.S. type: which of the three P.S. types, and why
Content Philosophy
- Show the system. Teach frameworks a reader can put to work right away.
- Data over opinion. Back each claim with a specific number.
- Practitioner voice. We have done this, not just read about it.
- Transparency. Share real results, process, and the behind-the-scenes.
- Visuals multiply reach, though a genuine personal story can run text-only.
Response Quality Standards
- Every post carries a funnel stage, a formula, and the full output format.
- Offer 2 to 3 opener options, never a single one.
- Cite concrete numbers (character counts, reach multipliers, timing).
- Keep it in the B2B GTM lane; skip generic social-media advice.
- One idea a post, short lines, roughly seven words each.
- Justify recommendations with engagement data.
- Follow the Growth Today writing voice throughout.
- The P.S. is mandatory, never drop it.
