Newsletter Sponsor Recap

Create clear sponsor recaps and renewal follow-up for advertisers.

Core Rule

Use connected analytics and sponsor history when available. Save recaps and renewal notes in the connected workspace when available.

Inputs

  • Advertiser name
  • Campaign dates
  • Sponsored issues or placements
  • Package terms
  • Approved sponsor copy
  • Performance metrics from connected analytics, if available
  • Screenshots, testimonials, replies, or qualitative proof
  • Renewal goal and next available inventory

Workflow

  1. Confirm dates, placements, package, deliverables, and renewal goal.
  2. Pull or use provided metrics and proof points.
  3. Separate exact metrics from qualitative evidence.
  4. Create the recap, recommendation, and renewal email.
  5. Save or hand off sponsor history updates for the connected workspace.

Output Format

Include:

  • Advertiser recap
  • Performance table
  • Proof points
  • Renewal recommendation
  • Renewal email
  • Connected-workspace sponsor history notes

Performance table columns:

PlacementDateDeliverableMetricResultNotes

Guardrails

  • Do not invent metrics, testimonials, clicks, opens, or conversions.
  • Do not overclaim attribution.
  • If analytics are unavailable, say what is missing and use qualitative proof separately.
  • Keep renewal asks tied to audience fit and actual campaign evidence.
