2 things to look at

  • 18 days oldThe repository was created 18 days ago. New is not bad, but a brand new repository carrying a familiar-sounding name is the shape a typosquat arrives in, and there has been no time for anyone else to find a problem with it.
  • 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

What its author says it does

Copied from the file, not written here

Converts current evidence into a concise operating dispatch with priorities, decisions, risks, owners, and next actions. Use for daily or weekly briefs, project updates, leadership summaries, or a focused start-of-session plan.

Dispatch Brief

Create a brief someone can act on quickly. Include only information that changes a decision, priority, or next action.

Briefing sequence

  1. Confirm the period, audience, and decisions the brief should support.
  2. Gather current evidence from the supplied artifacts or authorized sources.
  3. Separate new signal from unchanged background.
  4. Identify material progress, regressions, decisions, blockers, and deadlines.
  5. Rank the next actions and attach an owner or decision-maker when known.
  6. Flag stale, conflicting, or unverified status rather than smoothing it over.

Default format

Use this compact structure:

Outcome
Signal
Decisions
Risks
Next actions

Add “No material change” when that is the truthful result. Do not create motion to make a brief look substantial.

Boundaries

Do not invent progress, owners, dates, metrics, or urgency. Do not copy private details that the audience does not need. Do not update source systems or send the dispatch unless the user asks. If current evidence is unavailable, provide a clearly labeled briefing template or evidence request instead of a fake update.
