Skill Pipeline Orchestrator
Overview
One skill, five stages, zero manual handoffs. Author writes → Review checks → Cross-check verifies → Package bundles → Deploy installs. Each stage has a go/no-go gate. Failure at any stage loops back to fix before proceeding.
