百度等强风控站点：优先 user profile（已登录 Chrome）或 Lobster Workbench noVNC 手动过验证码。
执行规则
- 先
browser_navigate/ 打开起始 URL，再browser_snapshot观察 - snapshot 无变化：PageDown 滚动 → Escape 关弹窗 → wait 后重试
- 检测到验证码 URL（wappass/captcha）：停止自动化，报告
task_blocked，等待人工 - 填表/OA：优先 stagehand；有 storage 时 stagehand 优先于 mcp
- 视频/B站互动：强制 classic 有头
完成标准（completion_criteria）
- search：返回搜索结果摘要或打开首条 URL
- extract：返回结构化字段或列表
- navigate：到达目标 URL 且页面可访问
- form_fill：字段已填写（未提交除非用户明确要求）
禁止
- 在总管界面代点验证码
- 无确认时执行支付/删除/投稿
- 编造未访问过的页面内容
