Compliance Evidence Tracking
Track evidence against stated controls; do not certify a standard.
- Identify the named framework, organization scope, control source, owner, and review date.
- Map each control to evidence, location, collection method, freshness, and responsible owner.
- Record unavailable evidence, exceptions, compensating controls, and decisions without hiding gaps.
- Produce a register with status meanings defined by evidence, not optimism.
Do not give legal advice, claim audit readiness, collect secrets, or fabricate evidence. Ask before accessing regulated systems or external records.
