Instructions

1. Read the knowledge base first:

   • Distribution plan? (organic >> paid, 3.5:1 ratio)
   • Charging from day 1? (14 videos say "validate and charge early")
   • Using AI to accelerate? (74.3% of videos mention AI)

4. The anti-patterns to flag:

   • Planning to build for 6+ months before launch
   • No distribution strategy
   • Trying to be "original" instead of improving validated ideas
   • Starting with paid ads instead of organic
   • Not planning to charge early
