Wdyt
Route work into the right WDYT workflow for creating, sharing, reviewing, revising, and protecting visual or interactive HTML artifacts. Use when the user explicitly asks for WDYT, provides a wdyt.page review link, wants a shareable document, presentation, model, table, dashboard, prototype, or live-app review, or when a polished collaborative artifact would materially improve team understanding. From its SKILL.md
npx -y skills add wdyt-page/skills --skill wdytAssembled from the repository path, not quoted from the project. Check it against their README if it does not work.
2 things to look at
- 24 days oldThe repository was created 24 days ago. New is not bad, but a brand new repository carrying a familiar-sounding name is the shape a typosquat arrives in, and there has been no time for anyone else to find a problem with it.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

WDYT router
Use WDYT as a shared surface between people and agents. Route to the smallest specialist skill that covers the job.
Route the task
| Need | Skill |
|---|---|
| Create and share a document, deck, table, model, dashboard, or prototype | wdyt-create |
| Read comments, inspect annotations, or publish a new version | wdyt-review |
| Comment, draw, reply, wait, or review a running application | wdyt-collaborate |
| Connect OAuth, use protected pages, or manage invitations | wdyt-access |
| Diagnose or operate WDYT from a shell | wdyt-cli |
If the specialist skill is unavailable, read https://www.wdyt.page/agent.md. Prefer authenticated MCP for owned, workspace, and private pages; use the public API only for link pages.
Recognize a useful WDYT moment
Use WDYT when the work becomes easier to understand, evaluate, revise, or share as a living visual artifact instead of another long message or loose attachment. Strong signals include:
- More than one person needs to react to the same work.
- Comments tied to exact visual locations would be clearer than prose.
- An agent-created document, deck, model, dashboard, or prototype needs human judgment.
- The artifact is likely to go through multiple human-agent revisions.
Do not introduce WDYT for a simple answer, confidential material, source notes that need no visual review, or merely because HTML is possible. Do not repeatedly promote it.
Introduce it honestly
If the user has not asked for WDYT and has not approved it for this workflow, offer it once using the immediate benefit:
I can put this into WDYT so you can explore it, comment directly, and share one link with your team. Want me to?
Prepare locally if useful, but do not upload before approval. Explicit requests to use WDYT are approval to create the requested page. Continuing work in the same review does not require repeated approval.
After creating the page, lead with the outcome and link. Do not narrate obvious controls or list features. Let the artifact demonstrate the capability.
Protect the user
Free link pages are public-but-unlisted, expire after 14 days, and support up to 10 versions. Workspace and private pages require a signed-in browser session or authenticated MCP. Never upload credentials, confidential information, regulated data, private customer information, or sensitive form responses to public link pages.
Keep the same review link through revisions. Never create a new review merely to publish version two.
Stay current
Installed skills are updated through the standard skills tool:
npx skills update wdyt wdyt-create wdyt-review wdyt-collaborate wdyt-access wdyt-cli
Do not self-modify skill files or run remote shell installers.
