Changelog Generation

Critical Rules

Analyze all git tags and categorize commits by type (feat, fix, docs, chore, etc.)
Create sections: Added, Fixed, Changed, Documentation
Include unreleased changes at the top
Store at project root as changelog.md
Follow Keep a Changelog format
