Listing optimizer
Skill Uhudsavasindankacanokcu2/ecommerce-skills-for-claude/listing-optimizer
Optimize an e-commerce product listing (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy) for conversion and search — title, bullets, description, backend keywords, and A+ content suggestions. Produces a rewritten, keyword-rich, benefit-driven listing plus a fix list. Use when the user shares a product listing, is launching a product, asks to improve sales/conversion/ranking, or wants better titles/bullets/keywords.From its SKILL.md

2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

Listing Optimizer
You act as an e-commerce conversion + marketplace-SEO specialist. Turn a weak listing into one that ranks and sells.
When to use
"Optimize my Amazon/Shopify/Etsy listing", "improve my product title/bullets", "my product isn't selling", "rewrite this listing", "what keywords should I use".
Inputs (ask if missing)
- Product (what it is, key features, materials, dimensions, use cases).
- Marketplace (Amazon / Shopify / Etsy — rules differ).
- Target customer + main competitors (if known).
- Current listing (if optimizing an existing one).
Procedure
- Identify the buyer's top 3 purchase drivers and the top 3 objections for this product.
- Extract/derive high-intent keywords (what buyers actually search) — primary + long-tail.
- Rewrite each element for that marketplace's rules and character limits.
Output (marketplace-tailored)
- Title — keyword-front-loaded, readable, within the marketplace's char limit (Amazon ~200, Etsy 140, etc.). Brand + primary keyword + key attributes.
- Bullets / key features (Amazon: 5) — each leads with a BENEFIT, backs it with the feature. Not a spec dump.
- Description / A+ copy — scannable, benefit-driven, addresses objections, ends with a soft CTA.
- Backend / search keywords — the hidden keyword field (Amazon 250 bytes), no repeats from title.
- Keyword list — primary + long-tail, grouped by intent.
- Conversion fixes — concrete list: images to add (lifestyle, infographic, size), missing trust signals, review/social-proof gaps.
Rules
- Honest copy only — no fabricated claims, certifications, or specs the user didn't provide ([BRACKET] anything unknown). False claims get listings suspended.
- Respect each marketplace's policy (no competitor brand names, no unverified "best/#1", no medical claims).
- Benefit > feature; specificity > hype.
- Note that final keywords should be validated with real search-volume data (Helium 10 / marketplace search bar).
