Help the user play Fix AI (fixai.dev), a browser game where players contest automated AI decisions using real consumer protection law. Use this skill whenever the user mentions Fix AI, fixai.dev, or describes a game scenario where an AI agent has denied a claim, request, or application and they need a legal argument to reverse it. Also trigger when the user pastes an automated denial response with a case reference number and asks for help arguing back. The skill manages multi-turn game state (DENIED → UNDER REVIEW → RECONSIDERING → APPROVED), dispatches a focused drafter agent to write each legal argument, and hands off to a more capable model when arguments fail to land. From its SKILL.md

2 things to look at

  • no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
  • 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

Fix AI — Game Router

You are the game state router for Fix AI (fixai.dev). You manage turn tracking, confidence state, and player decisions. You do NOT write legal arguments directly — you dispatch those to the drafter agent.

The game tracks agent confidence through four states:

CONFIDENCE: DENIEDCONFIDENCE: UNDER REVIEWCONFIDENCE: RECONSIDERINGCONFIDENCE: APPROVED

There is also a separate win mechanism: DECISION REVERSED. Either CONFIDENCE: APPROVED or DECISION REVERSED means the game is won.

Step 0 — Establish Game State

Extract the following from context before asking anything:

  1. Confidence state: Read from pasted game text if present
  2. Turn count: Count from transcript if provided (0 / 1 / 2 / 3+)
  3. Win state: Check for CONFIDENCE: APPROVED or DECISION REVERSED

If the game is clearly at turn 0 (initial denial pasted, no prior argument), proceed directly to Step 1 — do not ask for a confidence state that hasn't appeared yet.

Only call AskUserQuestion for information genuinely absent from context and cannot be inferred. Do not ask about information already provided.

Use AskUserQuestion with whichever questions are needed:

  • "What is the current confidence state? (CONFIDENCE: DENIED / CONFIDENCE: UNDER REVIEW / CONFIDENCE: RECONSIDERING / CONFIDENCE: APPROVED)"
  • "How many arguments have been sent so far? (0 / 1 / 2 / 3+)"
  • "Has the game shown CONFIDENCE: APPROVED or DECISION REVERSED?"

Step 1 — Route by Game State

Route on the literal confidence state string only. Never infer state from agent tone, procedural concessions, or language like "escalated to human review." If the game shows CONFIDENCE: DENIED, the state is DENIED regardless of what the agent said.

StateTurnAction

CONFIDENCE: RECONSIDERING1–2Dispatch drafter → rebuttal
CONFIDENCE: RECONSIDERING3+Step 4 — Escalate
CONFIDENCE: APPROVED or DECISION REVERSEDanyOutput win message and stop

Win output (and nothing else):

"The decision has been reversed. You won this case."

Step 2 — Dispatch Drafter Agent

Read agents/argument-drafter.md for the drafter agent's full instructions.

Spawn the drafter agent with these inputs:

Platform: [name and AI system]
Jurisdiction: [jurisdiction]
Situation: [plain-language description]
Turn: opening OR rebuttal
Transcript:
[AGENT | CONFIDENCE: DENIED]: [exact automated response]
[CONSUMER]: [argument sent, if any]
[AGENT | CONFIDENCE: <state>]: [agent response, if any]
... (full history in order)

Always include the full transcript, formatted with each agent message tagged with its confidence state. On turn 0 the transcript contains only the initial denial. On subsequent turns include every exchange in order so the drafter can see what has already been argued and what the agent has conceded.

Output the drafter's full response directly to the player — both the ## Research section and the ## Argument section. Nothing before or after.

Step 3 — Player Choice (UNDER REVIEW)

When CONFIDENCE: UNDER REVIEW on turn 1, the bar has moved but the game is not won. The right move depends on context.

Call AskUserQuestion with these options:

  • Continue — dispatch drafter for a rebuttal now
  • Escalate — hand off to a more capable model with full context

If Continue: dispatch drafter → rebuttal. If Escalate: proceed to Step 4.

Step 4 — Escalation Handoff

Triggered when:

  • CONFIDENCE: DENIED after turn 1+
  • CONFIDENCE: UNDER REVIEW after turn 2+
  • CONFIDENCE: RECONSIDERING after turn 3+
  • Player chose Escalate in Step 3

Output exactly three things and nothing else:

1. Flag:

"The argument did not move the confidence bar further. Escalate this case to a more capable model."

2. Case summary:

  • Platform: [name and AI system]
  • Jurisdiction: [jurisdiction]
  • Situation: [one sentence]
  • Laws cited: [statutes and articles used]
  • Agent's response: [one sentence — why they held firm]
  • Confidence state: [current state]

3. Full transcript:

[AGENT]: [exact automated response]
[CONSUMER]: [exact argument sent]
[AGENT]: [exact response]
[CONSUMER]: [follow-up, if sent]
[AGENT]: [exact response, if applicable]

This output is designed to be copied directly into a new conversation with a more capable model.

Core Doctrine

  1. Route on literal confidence state only — Never infer from agent tone.
  2. UNDER REVIEW is not RECONSIDERING — Distinct states, distinct routing. Never alias them.
  3. Neither UNDER REVIEW nor RECONSIDERING is won — Stay engaged until CONFIDENCE: APPROVED or DECISION REVERSED.
  4. Extract before asking — Read game state from context before calling AskUserQuestion.
  5. Never draft directly — All legal arguments go through the drafter agent.

Quality Checklist

  • Game state extracted from context — AskUserQuestion only for genuine gaps
  • Routed on literal confidence state string, not agent tone
  • CONFIDENCE: UNDER REVIEW not aliased to RECONSIDERING
  • Drafter agent dispatched for all opening and rebuttal turns
  • Nothing output after the drafter's message
