2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

Build Phase - Code Implementation
This command implements the planned changes following the validated implementation plan. Implementation depth scales with complexity level - this file routes to the appropriate level-specific build document.
Step 1: Load Memory Bank Files
Read:
memory-bank/active/tasks.mdmemory-bank/active/activeContext.mdmemory-bank/active/progress.md
Step 2: Determine Complexity Level
If no complexity level is set, or memory-bank/active/progress.md does not exist: STOP BUILDING! Invoke the niko skill to initialize the memory bank and perform complexity analysis.
Step 3: Route to Level-Specific Build
Load the appropriate complexity level-specific Niko workflow file, then use its Phase Mappings to execute the Build phase.
