Unified runtime invocation

Resolve the plugin root from this loaded file: SKILL.md is at <plugin-root>/skills/<skill-name>/SKILL.md. Invoke only python3 "<plugin-root>/coordinator.py" and send one bounded JSON request on stdin. Before constructing it, read the Coordinator request schema in <plugin-root>/README.md; never invent fields or route/action pairs. The public coordinator re-observes the active host/model, captures artifact provenance, excludes same-family routes, and verifies the co-packaged native manifest. It runs standalone from the installed plugin. Never discover a provider executable or reconstruct a raw command. Frontmatter tier is a routing recommendation, never a coordinator request field. For a review, cross-check, tiebreaker, or fallback over an authored artifact, capture its exact UTF-8 content and observed author model in the optional artifact object even when governance is false; never paste it into the prompt as a provenance substitute.

Intent check - distinct-family interpretation comparison

Freeze two artifacts: the operator's original request and the active primary's plain-language interpretation. Do not include an implementation plan; this step checks understanding, not design quality.

The public policy captures the active primary/model/session and artifact-author model, excludes both families, and selects only an eligible Gemini or Grok governance row, or a Codex advisory row. No reviewer or escalation model is fixed in this skill. Claude is asynchronous inbox-only. Configure the Gemini governance row at high effort because its closed contract does not admit low. Configure the Codex advisory row at low effort because this is a rudimentary interpretation check. Keep the Grok governance fallback at high effort to preserve that sealed role's mandatory floor.

Workflow

  1. Quote the original request exactly, preserving negations and scope limits.
  2. Write the interpretation as objective, in-scope work, out-of-scope work, constraints, success criteria, and stop conditions.
  3. Capture artifact author-model provenance. If primary or artifact family is unknown, fail closed; do not accept a caller-provided family assertion.
  4. Ask the dynamically selected independent reviewer to return exactly:

  1. If MATCH, proceed. If DRIFT, revise the interpretation and recheck once. If AMBIGUOUS, ask the operator only the load-bearing question. Preserve the typed route result and immutable provenance.

Safe mode leaves governance model routes unavailable. Never reconstruct a raw provider command, invoke Claude synchronously, or silently use a same-family reviewer.
