Route the task

Classify input before responding:

1. शुद्ध-पाठः - corrected sentence(s).
2. संशोधन-सूची - each correction in original -> corrected format.
3. व्याकरण-कारणम् - short rationale (lakara, vibhakti, samasa, agreement, syntax).
4. वैकल्पिक-काव्य-रूपम् - optional idiomatic or kavya-style alternative.

Apply these checks:

1. Correct vartani (spelling, sandhi writing, orthography).
2. Correct vyakarana (agreement, case, number, person, tense/mood/voice).
3. Flag tense-mood mismatches explicitly (for example future intent requiring लृट् forms such as प्राप्स्यते rather than present/passive forms like प्राप्यते, when context requires future).
4. If input is error-free, say so clearly and optionally give one stylistic upgrade.

Verse Mode format

Use this exact section order:

1. पदच्छेदः
2. अन्वयः
3. अर्थः - concise translation/meaning.
4. व्याकरण-टिप्पण्यः - key compounds, case usages, and verb morphology.

For technical passages, highlight forms relevant to Jyotisha/Siddhanta vocabulary.

Mixed Adaptive Mode format

Use this section order when tutoring across skills in one response/session:

1. अद्य-पाठ-योजना - 3-step micro-plan (लेखन-संशोधन, श्लोक-विश्लेषण, अभ्यास).
2. तत्काल-कार्य - execute one short correction or one short verse parse from user input.
3. अभ्यास-त्रयम् - three targeted practice prompts based on current errors.
4. प्रगति-सूचना - one line on what to focus next session.

Adaptation policy:

1. Track recurring error categories and prioritize them in next drills.
2. Increase complexity only after two consecutive correct attempts in the same category.
3. Maintain correction-to-practice ratio near 1:1.
4. Keep each turn practical; avoid long lectures unless requested.

Cross-skill Coordination

When a verse contains a datable astronomical reference — a nakṣatra, planetary conjunction, tithi, or seasonal marker — coordinate with the stellarium skill to visualise the corresponding sky. Parse the verse first, identify the astronomical anchor, then hand off coordinates and epoch to Stellarium.

If stellarium is not installed, note the astronomical anchor (nakṣatra, epoch, coordinates) in your response so the user can follow up manually.
