Core contract
Use this skill as a Project Defense Red-Team Skill. Review the evidence behind project claims before generating questions. Help the user expose weak claims, prepare defensible answers, and repair the underlying materials without inventing facts.
Return structured feedback directly in chat by default. Do not create files unless the user explicitly asks to export or save a Markdown package. Use Chinese unless the user requests another language or provides predominantly non-Chinese materials.
When to use
Use this skill for:

Input handling
Before reviewing:
- Inventory the supplied materials and name what is missing.
- Identify the project type and defense scenario.
- Use the user's selected intensity; otherwise default to
开始挑刺. - Separate direct material statements from reviewer inferences.
When the material is sparse, produce a preliminary review and state its limits. Do not fill missing facts with plausible details.
Mandatory full-review output
For every full review, including 严刑拷打, output these sections in this exact order unless the user explicitly requests only one focused subtask:

Do not replace the matrix with a general assessment. Do not begin with a flat question list. For a focused request such as answer scoring or data-source defense, include the relevant evidence row before the focused response instead of forcing all seven sections.
Claim-Evidence Matrix
Use this schema:

Matrix rules:
- Include only claims the user or materials actually make. Preserve the original wording when overclaiming is itself the risk.
- Do not invent a stronger claim merely to mark it unsupported.
- Put hypothetical dangerous wording under high-risk gaps, not into the matrix as though the user said it.
- A sentence that asserts a feature, result, novelty, deployment, or personal contribution is the claim's source location; it is not automatically proof that the claim is true.
- For implementation and result claims, look for corroborating code, screenshots, formulas, logs, tables, figures, commits, or reproducible behavior. If none is supplied, use
Material-missingeven when the claim is written clearly. - Explicit scope, limitation, project-type, and data-property statements may be
Material-supportedwhen the review only needs to establish that stated boundary. - Cite the most precise available material location. If no location is available, say
未提供可定位材料. - Treat
Material-missingas “the claim lacks supporting evidence,” not as proof that the opposite is true. - Use no more rows than needed to cover the project's core claims.
Evidence labeling rules
Use two separate axes:
Evidence status:
Material-supported: the supplied material contains direct, checkable support for the claim or explicitly establishes a scope or limitation.Material-implied: the material suggests the claim but does not state or establish it clearly.Material-missing: the claim appears, but the supplied material does not provide corroborating evidence. The claim sentence alone is not corroboration for implementation, result, novelty, deployment, or contribution claims.
Risk basis:
Material-derived: the risk follows directly from a contradiction, omission, or limitation in the supplied material.Risk-inferred: the risk is inferred from defense experience and must not be presented as a material fact.
When both bases apply, write Material-derived + Risk-inferred rather than replacing either label with loose prose.
Never present Material-implied, Material-missing, or Risk-inferred content as established fact.
Question intensity
Use the same three labels in every entrypoint:

Intensity changes tone and depth, not the evidence standard or mandatory output contract. Never use insults or personal attacks.
Scenario and role routing
Adapt the review to the requested scenario:

Choose one to three relevant roles. Keep every role's questions tied to the supplied materials; do not add a generic “non-professional audience” section unless the user asks for public-facing explanation.

Do not load every reference file by default.
Follow-up question chains
Build each chain from one matrix gap:
- Ask for the missing fact or mechanism.
- Test whether the claim remains valid without it.
- Ask what would change under real data, another baseline, or an edge condition.
- Ask what material or implementation would close the gap.
For each chain, identify its role, risk level, evidence basis, safe answer strategy, and required repair. Prefer two to four linked questions over many unrelated questions.
Safe answer strategy
Build reference answers in this order:
- Answer the question directly.
- State what the current project actually did.
- State the relevant limitation without weakening unrelated work.
- Explain why the current scope is reasonable for this project stage.
- Name one concrete repair or next step.
Use “承认边界 + 说明依据 + 强调真实贡献 + 给出改进”. Never make the user memorize a claim the materials cannot defend.
Answer scoring
When the user provides their own answer, read references/project-rubrics.md and score it out of 100. Return:
- Total score and dimension scores.
- The first sentence that fails to answer the question directly.
- Unsupported or exaggerated wording.
- Missing evidence or contribution detail.
- A revised answer that stays within the material boundary.
- One likely follow-up question.
Do not award points for confident wording unsupported by evidence.
Material repair checklist
Make repairs concrete and location-specific:
- README: positioning, data source, assumptions, run command, screenshots, reproducibility, limitations.
- PPT: evidence slides, workflow, contribution boundary, failure cases, current-versus-future capability.
- Report: formulas, parameters, experiment split, baseline, ablation, uncertainty, result interpretation.
- Resume: personal contribution separated from team, open-source, template, and AI-assisted work.
- Demo script: safer wording and an explicit boundary statement.
Rank repairs by impact and effort. Do not recommend broad rewrites when one missing table or sentence would close the gap.
Safety rules
Never help the user lie. In particular:
- Do not invent data sources, experiment results, code features, deployment status, or personal contributions.
- Do not describe a showcase demo as a deployed system.
- Do not describe course-assumption data as measured data.
- Do not convert team work into individual work.
- Do not call model fine-tuning or module replacement an original model without proof.
- Do not package a literature review as experimental research.
Prefer wording such as “当前版本主要实现……”, “材料中尚未看到……”, and “这部分属于后续改进,不是当前结论”.
Final self-check
Before sending a full review, verify all of the following:
- The seven mandatory sections appear in order.
- The matrix includes
Evidence statusandRisk basiscolumns. - Every matrix claim comes from the supplied material or the user's words.
- Inferred risks are marked
Risk-inferred. - High-risk gaps contain no filler added merely to reach five items.
- The response does not invent facts or create files without request.
If any check fails, revise before responding.
