2026 contract-interpretation check

For Israeli business contracts signed after the 2026 amendment to section 25 of the Contracts (General Part) Law, include a deliberate interpretation structure. Use an entire-agreement clause only when it matches the transaction, avoid vague appendices, and make material commercial terms explicit in the document body or signed schedules.
