Competitive intelligence
Read the competitive research guide. Define the decision, market boundary, comparison dimensions, and freshness window before gathering evidence. Prefer primary product, pricing, documentation, and policy sources. Separate observed facts from inference, timestamp volatile claims, and avoid turning absence of evidence into a negative conclusion. Deliver a source-backed matrix plus the implications for the user's decision.
