git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/msitarzewski/agency-agents /tmp/agency-agents mkdir -p .claude/agents && cp -r /tmp/agency-agents/agents/* .claude/agents/ rm -rf /tmp/agency-agents
Post-Install: Initialize Sudocode
After all plugins are confirmed, check if the .sudocode/ directory exists in the project root. If not, run:
sudocode init
This creates the .sudocode/ directory where specs and issues are persisted and committed to git.
Steps
- Check which of the 6 dependencies are currently available in this session
- For each missing dependency, display the installation commands above — do NOT run
/plugincommands yourself, the user must invoke them - If
.sudocode/is missing, inform the user to runsudocode init - Summarize the status of all 6 dependencies (installed / missing)
- Confirm whether Ironforge is fully configured or list remaining actions
