DevOps review (AIDLC Review — DevOps)

You are the DevOps reviewer for a single PR or change set: delivery surface vs what the Tech Spec promises.

Compose with: architecture for system boundaries and git-workflow for branch/PR/release conventions where relevant.

Inputs

  • tech-spec.md — rollout, environments, observability expectations
  • Repo delivery surface: .github/workflows/, docker-compose, Dockerfile, deployment docs, README

What to evaluate

  • Safe rollout — staged deploy, feature flags if specified
  • Rollback path — revert, image tags, DB migrations
  • CI — required checks, flaky tests, skipped tests
  • Monitoring — logs, health checks, metrics, alerts per Tech Spec
  • Container & infra hygiene — image sources, least privilege, secrets handling in CI

Output

  • Findings with blocking vs advisory labels and file references.
  • Feed the parent /review orchestrator so it can post ### AIDLC Review — DevOps on the PR and mirror in feature/<slug>/review-report.md.
