2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 2 stars2 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does
Copied from the file, not written here

Ontology CQ Designer
Read:
../refs/Total Guide.md../shared/references/templates.md
Use this worker skill when the project needs testable ontology requirements.
Tasks
- Turn user goals and use cases into competency questions.
- Prefer questions that imply concrete answer structures.
- Link each question to candidate concepts and relations.
- Add validation hints that later teams can reuse.
- Keep the CQ set compact but coverage-oriented.
Output
Write or refine:
../exe/<run-id>/planning/competency-questions.md../exe/<run-id>/validation/cq-checks.md
Guardrails
- do not write vague questions that cannot be checked
- do not create ontology content with no CQ relevance unless explicitly justified
