2 things to look at

  • no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
  • 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

What its author says it does

Copied from the file, not written here

Harvest tagged ideas from Obsidian daily notes. Extracts #project, #skill, #script items as spec stubs and #workflow, #biz-dev etc. into Ideas/ topic files. Run manually or check what the scheduled sweep found.

Run the Obsidian collector against unprocessed daily notes:

python3 studio/collectors/obsidian_collector.py

If the user passes --all, add that flag to reprocess all notes. If the user passes --dry-run, add that flag to preview without writing.

After running, report:

  • How many spec stubs were created and their names
  • How many ideas were filed and to which topic files
  • Any duplicates skipped

If new spec stubs were created, list them and ask if the user wants to open any for editing.

  • report the number of spec stubs created
  • report the number of ideas filed
  • report any duplicates skipped
  • ask if the user wants to open any new spec stub

Grouped from the skills themselves: near-identical wordings counted once, and counted by distinct author, so one author publishing three of these counts once. Length counted with cl100k_base; the agent that loads this file may tokenize it differently.
