目标

执行步骤

    • Goal
    • Current Phase
    • Active Phases 状态
  2. 更新 findings.md：
    • 新需求
    • 新约束
    • 风险与待确认项
  3. 更新 progress.md 的 Latest Handoff Snapshot：
    • Open TODO
    • Risks/Blockers
    • Next First Command
  4. 给出新的“第一步最小可执行任务”。
