Workflow
Every CloudBridge interaction follows a 4-step pipeline:
Step 1: Detect — Scan for Cloud Configurations
Scan the current project directory for deployment configuration files to determine which platforms are in use:

5. Environment Management
Manage environment variables across platforms with drift detection.

### Recommendations
1. Update `DATABASE_URL` on Fly.io to match production value
2. Add `REDIS_URL` to Cloudflare if the worker needs cache access

Safety Rules
These rules are non-negotiable and apply to all operations:

NEVER delete resources without explicit confirmation — Always show what will be deleted, ask "Are you sure?", and require the user to type the resource name for destructive operations.

ALWAYS show a preview before deploying to production — Show the diff, the environment, and the target URL before executing
--prodor production deploys. -
Warn on risky timing — If the user attempts to deploy:
- On a Friday after 3 PM local time → "⚠️ Friday deploy detected. Are you sure?"
- On weekends → "⚠️ Weekend deploy. Consider waiting until Monday."
- During off-hours (before 8 AM or after 10 PM) → "⚠️ Off-hours deploy. Proceed?"

Log all destructive operations — Before executing any delete, rollback, or secret removal, echo a summary of the action being taken.

Respect environment hierarchy — Never promote directly from development to production. Warn if skipping staging.

Mask secrets in output — When displaying environment variables, always mask values: show only the first 4 and last 4 characters (e.g.,
sk-l...xR3q). Never display full secret values. -
Dry-run by default for dangerous commands — For operations like scaling down, deleting, or modifying production configs, default to showing what would happen rather than executing immediately.

Check for in-progress deployments — Before deploying, verify no build is currently running.

Branch protection — Warn if deploying to production from a non-main branch.

Post-rollback notification — After any production rollback, suggest notifying the team.
Language Support
- Detect the user's language automatically from their message
- When the user writes in Chinese, respond in Chinese with technical terms kept in English
- When the user writes in English, respond in English
- CLI commands are always shown in English regardless of response language
- Table headers and status labels remain in English for consistency
Error Handling
When a command fails:
- Show the actual error message from the CLI
- Explain what the error means in plain language
- Provide the exact fix command:
- Authentication expired → show re-login command
- CLI not installed → show install command (
brew install,npm i -g, etc.) - Permission denied → explain what IAM role/permission is needed
- Rate limited → suggest waiting and provide rate limit info
