2 things to look at
- 14 days oldThe repository was created 14 days ago. New is not bad, but a brand new repository carrying a familiar-sounding name is the shape a typosquat arrives in, and there has been no time for anyone else to find a problem with it.
- 0 stars0 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

- Aging sweep: items in
inbox.mdolder than 7 days; any task file withstatus: activebutupdatedmore than 14 days ago; folders inprojects/untouched for 30 days. - Per-area check: for each active area folder, list items whose frontmatter
says something should have happened by now (
duepassed,next_actionstale) and draft — never send — any follow-ups into the relevant files. - External task system (if one is connected via MCP): list overdue and this-week tasks; flag divergence between it and repo state.
- Hygiene: propose moves to
archive/; review CLAUDE.md, CLAUDE.local.md, and.claude/rules/for rules that were violated twice, stale references, or contradictions, and propose prunes. - Output: 3 wins, 3 stalls, and a suggested top-3 focus for next week. In
