计算总体进度和剩余学习时间
识别是否已超越全部阶段，进入特长打磨期

注意事项

年龄段教学重点差异很大，务必在方案中加入年龄段建议
学习年限精确到小数点后1位（如 1.5 年 = 18 个月）
7个阶段是完整路径，成人可适当加速但不宜跳阶段
方案以实用性为主，技术要点要具体可操作
